The wrong space mixes clients, files and decisions and makes later access unsafe. A quick chat in a general area can accidentally pull sensitive material into the wrong context.
Check workspace and space before upload or drafting, and move misplaced chats early.
Start with a narrow boundary: which website, space, file, recipient or decision is affected? This makes the task reviewable instead of turning it into a broad catch-all request.
A useful work order is: “Check whether this work belongs in the current space and which files, roles and decisions should be visible.” For important cases, add that uncertainties must be marked visibly instead of being filled in silently.
Pay special attention to risk, review duty, privacy and later findability. These points decide whether the result is only useful for the moment or can be found, checked and continued by the team later.
Do not start productive client work in demo or catch-all spaces.
Correct spaces protect data and make work findable.
